Social media woke up to sad news this morning, about the passing of one of Rhythm City’s favorite cast members, Dumi Masilela. It is alleged that he had been caught in the crossfires of hijacking attempt on Wednesday night in Tembisa, where he was with a friend. The star, who portrayed the character S’fiso Ngema, had been with the eTv soapie for the past 5 years.
Prior to that, he competed on the 8th season of Idols SA, after a car accident sidelined his professional soccer career at Super Sport United. He married former Muvhango Actress, Simphiwe Ngema, in June 2017.
